History: Ysani Baelorin was recruited into the Maibd in the same manner as most; that is, upon the arrival of Death Night, her door burst open and a frenzied Bride of Khaine snatched her from the protective embrace of her parent’s arms. She was trained and wed to Kaela Mensha Khaine along with many other young druchii women. Afterwards, she underwent her life of battle shedding blood and administering pain for her Lord and Husband.
She liked to please him.
In fact she loved to please him. She took the role of Bride seriously. Her duty was to please her Lord, because he always looked out for her. After all, a husband loves and cares for his wife. A wife gives her husband pleasure, and he in turn pleases her. And Ysani loved pain. She loved to give it, receive it. She loved screams of the suffering, she loved tears wept and voices once beautiful twisted with choking horror. She loved testing her limits. She loved control, knowing she had control, being controlled and yet being the one in control. She loved power.

Hellebron’s heart is Khaine’s but not so the Hag Queen’s. Upon attending Morathi, Ysani heard whispers of one of Khaine’s Thousand Faces of Murder. That face was Chroesh. Chroesh loved the spill of blood, the rage and hate and murder, but he was more. He wanted those who venerated him to experience Pleasure. And he loved pain, just as Ysani did.
The choice was clear, and simple. Ysani prayed her screams of agony upon her initiation delighted the Serpent Lord. She prayed she could offer him more cries, more blood, and more pleasure. She prayed she pleased her Husband, and pleased him well.
Personality & Quirks: Ysani is a charismatic woman. She is still young enough that the potions and drugs the Maibd consume has not yet completely muddled her mind. She holds herself with authority, and she favors the color purple.
